Ultra Premium Straight Bourbon

At Sisterdale Distilling Co. we do everything by hand and pay particular attention to detail. Our bourbon is meticulously aged and cared for in the historic Texas hill country. Our distillery sits on a 1,200-acre family cattle ranch above a limestone filtered aquifer just off Sister Creek. Our unique bourbon has an aggressive character but is mellowed and ‘cooled’ with Texas Rainwater.

Sisterdale Distilling Co. was formed by two longtime friends and entrepreneurs who set out to make the highest quality, small batch bourbon for ourselves - bourbon that we truly love to drink with our friends and family. So that is exactly what we have done.
